My name is Brandon Mario Manuel, and I operate as an independent wedding photographer and videographer in South Africa under the name Brandon Mario.

I respect your privacy and am committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, store and protect personal information when you enquire about my services, including when you submit an enquiry through Facebook or Instagram.

2. INFORMATION I COLLECT

When you enquire about my wedding photography or videography services, I may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your partner's name

• Email address

• Telephone or WhatsApp number

• Wedding date

• Wedding venue or location

• Information about your wedding plans

• Your photography and videography requirements

• Any other information you choose to provide when communicating with me

I only collect information that is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you and provide my services.

3. META LEAD ADS

I may advertise my services through Facebook and Instagram, including Meta Lead Ads.

When you submit your information through a Meta Lead Form, the information you provide may be shared with me so that I can respond to your enquiry.

I may use this information to contact you about your wedding, discuss your requirements, answer your questions, provide information about my services, arrange a consultation and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation.

Meta may separately collect and process information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

4. HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I may use your personal information to:

• Contact you regarding your wedding

• Discuss your photography and videography requirements

• Check availability for your wedding date

• Arrange consultations

I will not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

5. COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING

If you enquire about my services, I may contact you regarding your enquiry and the services you have requested.

I may also contact you about my photography and videography services where permitted by applicable law.

Your request to stop marketing communications will not prevent me from contacting you about an existing enquiry, booking or service.

6. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO

As part of my photography and videography services, I create photographs and video recordings of weddings and the people attending them.

The use of client photographs and video for my website, portfolio, social media, advertising or other promotional purposes will be subject to the permissions and terms agreed with the client.

Where permission is required, I will obtain the appropriate permission before using photographs or video for promotional purposes.

7. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

I do not sell your personal information.

I may use trusted third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate my business, communicate with clients, store information or provide my photography and videography services.

I may also disclose personal information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect my legal rights or prevent unlawful activity.

Photographs and video created as part of my services may be retained for backup, archival and delivery purposes, as well as for portfolio or promotional purposes where the appropriate permission has been provided.
